REVERBERATION ENTERS INTO JOINT VENTURE WITH FUSE MUSIC GROUP

The Fuse Music Group is taking Reverberation Distribution on side, effective August 1 2007. The move is expected to lead to a more efficient use of resources and greater impact at the retail level. Says Dave Curran, GM of Fuse Music Group, "Our combined rosters, know-how and passion make this a pretty exciting time." The new partnership will see Fuse have more releases: it will retain Reverberation's overseas labels as well as its own roster of influential overseas labels such as ECM, Vampisoul, Repertoire, Telarc, Trojan, Bang!, Enja, Water, Quatermass/Sub Rosa, Brilliant, Fonal, Saga, Sundazed, Proper, Disconforme, Essay and Cafe Del Mar, along with local labels Mistletone, Chapter, Feral Media, Surgery and Omni Corporation. Reverberation will release local product as an inhouse indie label.
